This unit is looking for respectful dedicated players of all skill levels. Commitment is key. We also do expect activity and wont worry about discharging people due to lack of dedication and activity. We understand that everyone has a real life, so if that gets in the way now and then you will be ok. You justt might be placed on a LOA or assigned to reserve status. We expect that all members have the will to learn and have a high level of integrity and respect for their commanders and fellow marines. The other thing we want from our members is the will to have fun and enjoy co-operative game play. Do know this is not something to rush into, give it some thought, this is not something that’s is meant to be short term. You also need to remember we are NOT a clan, we are a realism unit. Many have never been part of a realism unit or our realism community and you may be one of them. So do some reading, check out our forums, game server, and vent server a bit as well. Again you just need to understand why this unit is not a clan and what this unit is about, along with the opportunities that the men in this unit have. This unit provices many with a wonderful way to develop charater, discipline, respect, maturity, and motivation. We see our members grow in these areas through their time in the unit, and it is all a positive outcome. This skills not only affect individuals here, but also with life skills in real life. Things might seem a little bit more tight and organized overall but by the end of the day everyone has a lot more fun, and if your getting tired of clans and they way they run things then take a look around and consider enlisting with the 3rd Marine Division.

As a Marine Corps unit we want to portray a unit with the core values of marines. We want to stay on top of is these values. Honor - Courage -Commitment. Basically were saying that our members need to have integrity and respect towards everyone in our community to honor the US Marines that we represent, along with ourselves as individuals, this unit, and our community as a whole. This units prides itself as being the most professional unit in realism gaming, that upholds the values and the name of United States Marine Corps. The USMC has a great history behind it. Its the bonding of friendship and discipline that creates unstoppable teamwork. Staying active and checking in to regular post check-ins, hanging out on vent, and being on the server. We don't want and will not have rosters filled with people who don’t care about being in this unit. We do not allow anyone to be involved in any other unit/clan for any other game, under certain circumstances this may be approve (very rare). We don't recruit based off skill level or CAL experiance etc.. We want players who can hold these values and help create a unbeatable team. Its not skill, but teamwork that wins battles. Skill is something that we are willing to work on, not someone's bad attitude and lack of commitment. Do you have what it takes?
